What will you do as a Head of UX/UI
Responsible for leading multiple design teams which work across both our web and mobile apps. 
Leading a team of UX and UI Designers/Developer who are responsible for designing mobile apps and websites.
Connect and translate business strategy into tangible customer experiences 
Own the UX and design processes, including tooling, design methodology and Ways of Working.
Drive innovation and new approaches within an Agile UCD environment 
Production of high-quality code by self and team within agreed timelines
Lead the Design Community of Practice.
Work collaboratively with Marketing and Ecomm, driving design consistency and embedding our Design Principles across the business.

Experience Required
Able to lead teams of UX/UI designers and work hand-in-hand with technology teams.
A good understanding of the capabilities and limitations of web and mobile technologies.
Able to drive innovation and continuous improvement of products you’re responsible for and your team’s processes and methodologies.
Extensive experience leading the design of digital products within an Agile UCD environment.
Excellent leadership skills, able to coach and mentor your teams through change.
Commercially aware and delivery focussed.
