We are looking for talented Senior Business Analysts who want to join a technology department where they will be able to see true tangible benefits of the work they are putting in. Beyond the normal responsibilities as a Business Analyst will also have the chance to directly influence and shape the Agile way of working and have the chance to work as a Scrum Product Owner.

You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment but also in a technology team built to cope and thrive in an ever-changing landscape.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Business Analysis/Product Owner in a modern day Agile technology department. Not only must you be well versed in core Business Analysis skills such as collecting, analysing and documenting requirements and processes. You must also have a real passion for understanding the reason and WHY the business is choosing the implement a solution and therefore support them throughout the project lifecycle accordingly.

Experience Required

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and highly effective communication skills
  • Requires experience/in-depth knowledge of business operations and systems requirements.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience working within a retail environment.
  • Demonstrate lateral thinking with an ability to identify and manage impacts and dependencies.
  • An appreciation of Agile delivery methods.
