SIX DECADES OF PUTTING THE JOY INTO FASHION
“River Island has fast become the designer brand of the high street, with stores in more than 18 countries. River Island has and always will be an exciting, innovative, and fun company. You’ll be glad you joined us."
Ben Lewis CEO
With over 300 stores in the UK and beyond, plus an award-winning online store, River Island isn’t just an icon of the British high street, but a fashion favourite across the world too. We’re proud of everything we’ve achieved so far. But it’s the future of our brand that excites us most. Our ambition is to become a leading multimarket, multichannel fashion brand for the mid-priced market. Bring your talent to River Island, and help us get there that little bit faster.

CSR & CHARITY
@GIVERISLAND We believe that our business can be both profitable and responsible. It’s the reason we support a growing list of charities and organisations as diverse as our fashion. Why we build long-term, fair relationships with our suppliers, people and the communities in which our stores are based. And why we run our business in a way that is mindful of the planet’s limited resources, using renewable energy sources, reduced packaging and recycled and biodegradable materials wherever we can.
To us, it’s our ‘Ways Of Working’. To you, it’s the ambition, values and passion you’ll need to share with us to be a success at our brand.
WE'RE GOING PLACES
...and you’ll need to have a sense of ambition
WHAT YOU DO MATTERS
...so we’ll be relying on you and expectations are high
WE KNOW WHAT WE'RE DOING
...and are inspired to keep learning and developing others
WE LOOK OUT FOR ONE ANOTHER
...and are quick to help others to get the job done
IT NEVER GETS BORING
...but you’ll have to be up for a challenge and hard work
